The schematic designs for these ornamental gable trusses were created by the homeowner's architect many years ago but never got implemented in the major restoration that took place. When the homeowner was ready for this portion of the project they went about ordering trusses from a standard supply house. Unfortunately the scale was far too small and quality lacking. Day & Age used the architectural sketch to produce shop drawings, build the trusses at the scale necessary, fabricate them out of african mahogany, paint them to match the home's trim & install them. The skilled building and install of these ornamental trusses provides the finishing touches this beautifully restored home deserves.
